Jeff Muti
Chief Executive Officer
Before starting Sigma Worldwide with his partners, Jeff spent 3 years as CEO of Interasian Resources Group and, prior to that, was Founder and Managing Partner of Silverline Partners. He earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and holds an AB from Duke University. When not obsessing over work, Jeff can be found training for his next marathon or organizing charity poker events.
Peter DeVries
Operations
Peter has a B.A.Sc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo. His resumé is packed with experience in operations with companies like OSM Group, RT Sourcing Asia, and Kohler. Peter knows more about materials (fabric, PU, leather, plastics, etc), processes and methods than any one person probably should. When he's not on the factory floor, Peter can be found on the water in his sea kayak or behind a camera taking photos.

Frankie Ho
Quality
Frankie quite literally is a quality guru with a PhD in Quality Management Systems and a Masters in Industrial Engineering. His formal training has been supplemented with over 25 years of work experience including Director of Quality/Engineering for Interasian Resources Group and Deputy Vice President of Quality for Li & Fung Trading. He also played senior roles in Mexx Far East and Sears. Along with quality, Frankie's passions include training in the martial arts of Wing Chun and playing badminton.
Eric Skaar
Innovation
Eric holds a Master's in International Business from Concordia University and a B.A. from Middlebury College. Before Sigma, Eric spent the last 3 years at Interasian Resources Group in Shanghai, China. Prior to that he was with USCN Sourcing and Synergic Industries. Currently, you can find Eric at trade shows or on factory floors researching new ideas to keep products cooler, smarter, and light years ahead of your competitors. Eric reads, writes and speaks Mandarin fluently. He is a former college basketball player and can still dunk.

Design
Design is not just about how the product looks, but also how it feels, what it does and how it is made. Therefore, our industrial and graphic design team works closely with our costing and production teams to ensure all aspects of effective design are in place. New processes, materials, and equipment are always coming on line, and our design team ensures that we are cutting edge.
Cost Engineering
Driving down product cost is best achieved with data and product knowledge. We analyze and dissect every new project to understand each cost driver. We conduct time studies in our factory and research areas in the production process that can be automated. Our material review process vets each piece of material in the BOM for cost reduction potential. We discuss alternatives to lower cost with our factories and customers.
Vendor Management
We select supply chain partners through an objective and highly analytical Vendor Evaluation System to ensure our high standards are exceeded. Suppliers are classified by specialization, product strength, production capability and scale. We provide management and operational training at each level of our supply chain and employ Vendor Scorecards highlighting our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to provide feedback and a roadmap to improved performance.
Quality & Compliance
We pursue Right-First-Time throughout the entire supply chain and employ real-time production and quality data to monitor performance and ensure corrective actions are timely and effective. We maintain dedicated in-house Sigma teams throughout our supplier base. Our quality team is of the highest caliber in the industry. Our facilities comply with all local and international labor, human rights, and safety regulations.
Procurement
Our centralized Procurement Department consists of trained personnel with deep product knowledge and supported by a proprietary tracking system. We view our relationships throughout the supply chain as partnerships and provide continual feedback on costing, delivery and quality. This unique approach goes much further than words and is evident not only in our purchasing power, but also in the coordinated efforts for continual improvement.
IT Systems
A core differentiator for Sigma. We provide real-time web-based information for our customers on their orders and development programs using a proprietary IT system and custom-tailored reporting. Through this system Sigma works with our customers on program scheduling from development through shipping, ensuring product is in stores on time. In addition, the system enables our management team to collect reams of shop floor, costing and quality data to facilitate continual improvement within our factories.
Production Control
Our offices are next to the shop floor. We are there every day shaping, monitoring and analyzing production quality, output, and efficiency. We strive for greater speed, less process variation and further cost reductions. We have and continue to incorporate the essentials of Lean and Six Sigma. We are about data collection and using that information to effectuate change to the product and processes. We are about always getting better.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are a way of life at Sigma. A strong process with constant improvement is everything. It ensures consistency and provides a base to measure variation. Raw Material Supplier
To build a supply chain means going beyond the final production site. Three quarters of shipping delays begin before the materials are delivered to the warehouse. We build full supply chains and ensure that the materials we use are made in facilities with the same exacting standards as our assembly factories.
Delivery
Capable of shipping globally using all modes of transportation. Our experienced team will work to ensure on time delivery of product to customers’ forwarders or warehouses, based on requirements.
